This patient was unhappy with the crowding of her teeth. After removing her retained baby teeth, we fitted upper and lower braces to straighten her smile over the course of 18 months.

This patient wasn't happy with her crowded teeth, but there simply wasn't enough space to fit them all in. By carefully removing two smaller teeth, we created just enough room to bring everything into line — for a beautifully aligned result she can be proud of.

This patient was missing her upper left lateral incisor, with a very small lateral incisor on the right. Rather than replacing the missing tooth, we moved her canines forward into the lateral incisor positions and reshaped them to blend in naturally — and the result worked beautifully.
